These guys are great! When my car engine overheated, I called them (near closing time) and Patrick advised me on what to do, such as turning on my heater to blow excess heat from my engine, waiting around 30 minutes to let the engine cool down, etc. He aided me in getting my car to the shop (towed, so I didn't have to risk driving it), and even helped me after hours. I love the fact that they give you a run-down on what they find upon inspecting your car. It was very comprehensive! They fixed my car very quickly and were so kind at check-out! If something happens to my car again, these guys are my go-to!

Patrick and his team do a great job taking care of your vehicle, from routine oil changes to diagnosing bigger issues like tire rot. If something with your car needs to be addressed, they will find it, be transparent with you about it, and offer to fix it at a reasonable price. They communicate well and are consistently friendly, even during the pandemic. Amazing Auto has my trust!

Went to one shop who diagnosed main fuel pump bad. So glad I decided to get a second opinion with Amazing Auto... turned out I needed a direct injection fuel pump instead. I almost threw away $1,500 at the first shop! Seamless drop off and pick up. Excellent communication, and they don't try to up-sell you.

We had a transmission replaced and it was installed quickly. Amazing also performed a multi check of systems at no extra charge. They discussed concerns and didn't try to sell me on "replace now" kind of approach but had discussions on recommendations. All in all was very happy. The only negative I had is I am not a big fan of just blindly scheduling service on a website. I would rather talk to a human and have them do it. Just a minor negative though.
