North Austin Pflugerville Auto Repair

I came in to get my 2010 Civic's front break pads and rotors replaced; they charged me almost half of what other shops quoted me. They were friendly, honest and the waiting area was more than comfortable. They had leather seats, a flat screen TV in which they handed me the remote, and free Wifi. I came there with my four year old son and he completely enjoyed himself - which any parent knows is a lot to ask for when waiting in a car shop for nearly two hours. I will definitively bring my car back if I have any more issues with it.

Great shop! Have a maxima that was giving me all sorts of problems ... One company told me that I had engine problems ... Turned out to be just 3 oil leaks ... Another time I was told at the nissan dealership that my transmission needed to be replaced ... Took it to damon at amazing auto repair and found out it was just a bad accelerator. These guys have saved me over $6k in work because they do more than just read a code off their computer ... They know what they are doing and put pride in their work!!!

Being new to town, I had no idea where to go. Researched online and read reviews. This place had a bad review but overall got the theme that you can't please everyone. I was in and out in less than 2 hrs. Damon and Rick treated me with great friendly customer service going above and beyond to make me feel at home while waiting. Clean Lobby/waiting area including WiFi. I was able to still work...

They did a great job and even though I had my own favorited engine oil and transmiision oil, the price was more than fair. I try to keep my truck going since its paid for and Amazing has done just that.

This guys are quick and have a great service and fair prices.

They take the time to LISTEN, they openly communicate with you about what's wrong wiyh your vehicle. Most of all they tell you about all repairs they're told to do and even the prblems they find during repairs giving YOU the customer the choice to have it done or not. My kids love "Moose".

Great Work on converting my suspension system

Damon and team have done a great job. Not fixed yet, but doint all they can to resolve. No extra charge while they figure it out. They don't just start changing out parts and charging me, they root cause the real issue..I really like that. Other shops would replace items that probably never needed replacing.

The work performed by Amazing is as per usuall very satisfactory, on time and at the price quoted. Very professional and courtious.
